Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error.

  • Items without original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear pictures via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement after verification.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
